Trevor, he is perfect host for us. He communicate us very kind and answer any questions very quick. His house is brand new and very comfortable. We as family (2 adults 2 kids) use here as our home. He gives us a break fast meal and drinks free. We really enjoy staying Sapporo Skiing and sightseeing. Thank you very mush.

We, a family of 6 adults and 1 toddler, had a wonderful experience staying here for 3 nights during the 2014 snow festival! The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were exactly like the pictures - not big but definitely sufficient, with comfortable futons and a closet to hang our clothes. The living room was bigger than we expected. The bathroom was also very spacious. We were worried at first about all of us sharing a bathroom, but it was no problem since the toilet, sink, and shower are all separated. We were able to do our laundry there as well. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Trevor was nice, informative, and helpful. He lives upstairs so was very easy to reach when we needed to ask him questions. He gave us privacy most of the time, but was also willing to chat and share stories with us. The JR station was a 10 minute walk. From there it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to reach Sapporo city centre. Shiroi Koibito chocolate factory is only 1 stop away or 10 - 15minute drive. There's a parking space with cover for our rental van. Definitely would recommend this place to travelers who drive, or don't mind a short walk to JR station, and prefer a nice quiet place over being in the centre of the city. We will come stay here again if we come back to Sapporo.

This is a GREAT place! We would highly recommend this to anyone. My husband and I stayed at a few other AIRBNB places on our Japan trip, and this was without a doubt the best. It is very modern and spacious. We chose to stay at AIRBNB vs hotels because we didn't want the touristy feel. This place was perfect. It is about 10 minutes JR train ride from the main hub - pretty convenient. Trevor provides detailed directions and is very quick to respond to any questions. He and his wife are incredibly nice and friendly. There were some house rules, but you will appreciate how well care for and maintained his place is.

We stayed at Trevor's for a night on our way back to Tokyo. We only had a night to spend in Sapporo but Trevor had plenty of good suggestions on where to go and how to get there. The space was clean, spacious and very comfortable! It was great to have space to repack before our journey home, as well as do laundry if needed. Trevor was nice enough to drop us off at the train station so we didn't have to lug our ski bags. We would definitely stay with Trevor again while in Sapporo.
