Perfect location next to a vineyard with stunning sunset views from the deck and infinity pool. The house was clean, cozy, and peaceful. Downtown is just a short drive away, and DoorDash delivers here too! 10/10, will definitely stay again :)

Our stay at Kathy’s was great! The views are amazing & it’s so peaceful! We enjoyed dinner on the deck, watching the sunset. Everything was as described. Kathy was also very responsive & super sweet! We celebrated my birthday & when we arrived, there was a cake & bottle of bubbles, along with orange juice waiting for us to celebrate! Such a thoughtful gesture! They also had a lot coupons for wineries in the area. We were 3 adults & found the spot roomy for all of us. Highly recommend Kathy’s place & will definitely stay again when I’m back in the area!

The estates is a hidden gem! Spectacular views and nice and cozy home space. In just a few hours of being there it felt like our own house and we didn’t even want to leave it for whatever else Templeton and Paso Robles have to offer. The bottom line is this place exceeded the expectations! Kathy is a great host. She was friendly, accommodating and very helpful providing all the tips and pointers. The communication was clear, timely and very professional! For all these reasons, we marked this place as a “must go back to”.
