Location, location, location. Dan & Kathy’s home offers proximity to everything one could want, all while providing enough distance for a quiet, peaceful stay. The home was clean and well-stocked. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing trip to Newport Beach! The location of the house was awesome and close to John Wayne Airport, countless restaurants and the ocean! We loved being able to walk just a few short steps to the beach and we loved walking the trail to the pier! We did this several times and were able to see lots of dolphins and a few seals. We spent a few of our days at Disneyland and the house was only about 30 minutes away. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. We loved the collection of books and had fun looking at the children’s books with my son. The beach chairs and toys were so nice to have for beach days. Dan and Kathy were responsive and friendly. The area was so nice and we felt safe. We would absolutely stay here again. Incredible memories were made with my family. Thank you!!

We had a great stay! I enjoyed walking to the beach, running along the strand, biking for Handel’s ice cream and enjoying the patio. The motorized awning makes the patio even better. Inside my teens enjoyed the loft area, the video game console, and board games too. I enjoyed the books,the well equipped house and accessories, comfy couches, and sunny spaces.

My family and I loved our stay at Dan & Kathy's. The place is super comfortable and clean, plus incredibly close to the beach. Dan & Kathy were also very accommodating and great to communicate with. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Newport Beach!!
