Wonderful stay at Margaret's. It's spacious for a one-bedroom and the location is incredible for walking to food. More restaurants and cafes on College Ave than you could try in an entire month, between Rockridge and Elmwood, all within a ten minute walk! The property managers, Bin and Bruk, are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for me during my stay. My only knock on the place is that it's an older building, so the floors are creaky. I wasn't used to that. The apartment is on the top floor, so no neighbors upstairs, but I was conscious of whether I was disturbing the downstairs neighbors when I was walking around late at night or early in the morning. Overall a very charming place with lots of character, in a wonderful location.

Staying at Margaret’s was a joy! The caretakers were so pleasant and responded quickly if we requested anything. The requests were minor, such as replacing lightbulbs. Having the sun flood in the windows and the skylight in the kitchen was delightful. Plus, an added bonus: a very comfortable King-size bed! Fantastic neighborhood full of action, but our apartment faced a residential side street, so little to no street noise.

The way an Airbnb is supposed to be. Comfortable, private, and the amenities especially in the kitchen was great. The building has a lot of character and is taken care of well. The antique furniture and area rug made it feel like home, and the neighborhood is walkable to the library, local grocery stores, book stores, and public transit. Easy parking. I would highly recommend it. Great stay.

Everything about this place made it feel like a perfect home away from home, except for a subpar shower.

This was my second time staying in this building. Great host, great location/building. Would be glad to stay there again.
