Overall we enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very nice and clean, and the views were amazing. Lorin was very responsive and shared detailed instructions a few days before our check in. A few things were a bit unexpected such as the wifi being on a limited data plan so it wasn’t really working for us, the queen bed in the guest bedroom/loft was actually a trundle bed, and there were quite a lot of lady bugs in the home (though upon some research we found this is a common problem in the area). Other things were as expected / pictured. The hot tub was awesome after long hikes, the home isn’t too far from Bryson City and downtown Franklin which was great, and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked for people who like to cook in.

The views from the porch and the loft bedroom were spectacular. It was lovely to come home from a hike and relax in the hot tub. The parking was alittle difficult because of the steep grade which took some finagling to park multiple vehicles but overall great stay and plenty of room!

Thanks we had a great time! The views and your house were wonderful! Your photos did not do justice to how beautiful it is and the view breath taking! We had fun in Franklin, Bryson City, and the waterfalls areas. You were great to work with, great directions.

This home is great for a large group and was very clean and well maintained. The home works well for the mobility challenged Mother-in-law. She could stay on the main floor and get to everything she needed. Hope you like waking early cause the sun comes in at 6:45am. The views from the back deck are better than the pictures show. The Home is about 20 min to any town which did require planning your trips. Only challenge for us was the parking. Very limited for two cars and a motorcycle trailer. We loved our stay and would recommend this home for anyone.
