Very sad to share this rental has rodents, access and communication issues. Multiple mice were spotted, of different sizes and colors. Host became hostile after I continued reporting vermin, and refused to address ongoing problem after initial exterminator visit. I could not access the building at night for several hours. Host was uncommunicative, even Airbnb emergency support could not reach them. Luckily, another guest appeared. He contacted the host and they responded immediately, which was strange. Sometimes the communication was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Sometimes it was the opposite - borderline nasty. I checked out early. Airbnb agreed to a minor refund, but I still lost money on this. I rented for one month. Host also refused to reimburse me for supplies I bought to try and deter the rodents. It’s a shame as the place is absolutely beautiful. I loved the unit and hated to leave. That said, I believe made the right choice to vacate. I left the unit immaculate.

J’ai habité le loft pendant deux mois en novembre et décembre 2023 et franchement j’ai adoré l’endroit. Le lieu était propre, moderne, conforme à toutes les attentes et toutes les promesses. Une des meilleures affaires à Montréal. J’y reviendrai sûrement.

Un logement exceptionnel, correspondant aux photos, avec un équipement de qualité, situé au plein coeur du Vieux Port à proximité des métro permettant de rejoindre les grandes avenues très facilement mais également proche des activités et magasins alimentaires. Ce long séjour a été extrêmement agréable et paisible dans le Loft 202. Me permettant de passer un séjour une fois de plus inoubliable ! Une grande pensée à Cynthia qui est une hôte très agréable et gentille, toujours disponible et à l’écoute ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

Loft très fonctionnel et bien situé. Equipements de qualité. Très bonne réactivité de la concierge Cynthia qui a su toujours répondre à nos attentes.

The loft is really nice and beautiful. The only issue is that there is a lot of street noise on Thursday - Sunday due to a restaurant/club that opens till late.
