自我介绍

Ciao a tutto il pianeta :) A warm hello to everyone, i'm Susanna, an italian girl living “everywhere” and born in Florence. Since few years i'm working in the Etruscan Sea side, next to Livorno, that’s why I'm not always able to welcome my guests and in that case my parents are replacing me in doing it. I'm renting out 3 bedrooms apartment in the city center, in Santa Croce area, very close to the all main attractions. The apartment is a duplex and the whole building consists of a steep staircase to get through. On the 13th century this building was a monastery and nowdays of course is been restored and rennovated, but it has got still the old designed structure. Me and my parents are not living in this apartment, so all the 3 bedrooms are for renting for students, leisure travellers or workers. We are very easygoing and positive family who do love meet new people that feels like living in Its own home and a respectful behaviour between us, flat mates and environment is a MUST. We always enjoy welcoming new guests from all over the world, it feels like having a new family member so we appriciate that everyone is happy and relaxed here. For anything you can always keep in touch with me on airbnb and with my mother Giorgia and my father Carlo for practical needs if I'm not in Firenze. WARNING: Please be respectfull with the environment and your flat mates and do please keep clean the house, especially share spots/common areas like the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and stairs too, if needed. You can find a vacuum cleaner upstairs in the living room when you need it. Please do not leave dishes to wash for a week or longer time in the sink, please make always an afford to clean your own stuff as soon as you can, that it would be great. Usually me or my parents are coming to clean the apartment during one day in a week or few. If some tools are missing from the kitchen, plastic bags for the garbage or toilette papers always message us and we’ll provide you with what you need. There is a long steep flight of stairs leading up to the place, so please be very CAREFUL and make sure you walk them slowly. No one had any problems with those stairs so far, but a good awary is required. The flat has got one AC in the living room and fans in each room for the hot days.
