We stayed at Nikki’s place for a month while I was in the area for work. A few things: - quiet hours are listed as 11pm-8am, but at best you’ll get midnight-6am. I’d have to disagree with the “light footsteps” mentioned on the listing as there was quite a bit more noise than this inside quiet hours (baby crying, stomping above, moving furniture, etc) - unit has a sump pump that can overfill and leak sewage in the floorboards under the unit. Nikki mentioned this happens every 3-4 months once we contacted her about the smell, but it’s not anywhere in the house manual. Though they were quick to clean this when the issue happened during our stay, a heads up is necessary in these sorts of situations - their dog will often scratch at your door, jump on you and try to get into the unit Overall, it turned into a rather stressful month long stay. I think $4k for the month seemed a bit much for what was actually in store considering we also have an in-law rental at our home to compare this to.

I've stayed at Nikki and Mark's place previously. Since I last stayed, they added a sweet kitchen that really is a game changer. I loved the place during my first stay, and this just took it up several notches. It's comfy/cozy, clean, easy to access and no struggles to find parking. Thanks, hosts!

I went to San Leandro for work. I stayed at Nikki and Mark’s place for 3 weeks. Their place is very clean, cute and spacious. It is close to downtown San Leandro and BART station. Nikki was very responsive and helpful. She clearly put a lot of thought into making sure she has provided everything you might need during your stay. She even has a guidebook for places to go in San Leandro. I did go to couple of her recommended places and I liked them a lot. I would definitely stay at their place next time I travel to San Leandro.

estuve en San Leandro por trabajo y el lugar de Nikki está excelente para estancias largas es un departamento completo y muy funcional, es como estar en casa. Además tiene muchas amenidades extras como bebidas en el refrigerador, café, comida para alguna emergencia. Nikki responde muy rápido a las preguntas y fue muy amable! Seguramente me quedaré ahí nuevamente si necesito viajar a San Leandro.
