Matt and Lynn’s room is a perfect base for exploring Lincoln Castle and Cathedral. The hosts are charming and helpful, the room is warm, home-like, private and quiet, and you’re within five minutes walk of good pubs and restaurants. I can’t recommend this room and its delightful hosts highly enough.

What a beautiful home, the room was lovely and welcoming and the bathroom was great. Our hosts added so many generous and thoughtful details, my favourites were the different types of tea, breakfast cereals, a tea pot and napkins. We will be back, many thanks Matt for your kind hospitality.

Matt was helpful throughout the whole process. A few hiccups with our booking on my end, but Matt was very helpful in getting everything sorted for us.

We had a lovely stay, spacious bedroom, huge bathroom and breakfast things, including delicious homemade marmalade left for us to enjoy. Matt was super friendly, giving great directions to different parts of the city. Would definitely stay again. (Fabulous original architectural features, made the hall a wonderful entrance!)

I enjoyed a lovely three days in Lincoln. Matt’s house was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. He provided ample provisions for breakfast, light snacks etc. I would highly recommend Matt’s property for anyone who wants to explore a beautiful city.
