We had a disappointing experience at Dora Hall. The heating was not working in the main area so the house remained cold. The oven was not working properly so our dinner took forever to cook/heat and the kitchen knife is very blunt. The heating blanket was not working in at least one room, dusty/dirty surfaces with other guests forgotten belongings under the beds, a burners on the stove top not working, the capsule coffee machine not working, the olive oil as promised had nothing left. The toaster not working properly. The shower dripping and in a really bad condition. This place was not worth the money. Additionally, I requested a delayed checkout a few days prior to arrival and was advised to contact them the day before checkout to see if it was available for us to do so. Unable to contact them/get hold of them during our stay, only received a voicemail saying that they will get back to us the next business day. I do not recommend this place, look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Dora Hall, with a group of four adults and four young children. The house was big enough to accommodate us all and we were comfortable with heating in every room and comfy beds. The property is quirky with some lovely heritage features, like the coloured windows in the bedroom. The streetscape of Autumn leaves was beautiful. We were able to walk to parks, cafes and shops. The kitchen had basic supplies so we were able to cook dinner at home. We would stay here again.

property was very good in terms of quality, price and accessibility. few maintenance issues need to be attended. eg. bathroom locks, Kitchen stoves are not working
