Amazingly stunning Palazzo. Huge 5 bedrooms each with their bathroom. A terrace and well stocked kitchen and home. It was an absolute pleasure.

The pictures matched what was listed on the Air BnB website. The location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square, but also private enough that it is away from all the tourist traps in Venice. The rooftop terrace has an incredible view and is very peaceful. The rest of the property allowed plenty of space for everyone in our family that travelled to Venice; 8 people total. From the beginning Mario was an absolutely incredible host. He gave recommendations, was responsive, and even made a reservation for a water taxi in our name to take us to the airport at 5:00 am on our departure date. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are travelling with a group or family as the space allows you more time with each other than a traditional hotel.

The location is excellent, the decoration is pretty, and the space is large. We had issues with 1) overall maintenance (dripping showers, bed-lamps not working, toiletflush cover absent, unexpected construction-work on the facade), many torn curtains, bad electric wiring. Venice is an ancient place, so buildings have their age as well. This is charming and to be expected. But basic maintenance should be ok for such high-end AP. 2) The check-in was fine and responsive. But the matters pointed out were not addressed. 3) Overall price/quality is not ok.

I came to Venezia with a group for a business trip. Mario’s place was so lovely, everything was very comfortable and it is a great space but the real gem is the terrace with beautiful sunsets and views of the city. Would absolutely stay again if I was traveling with a group in Venezia again.

Wunderschönes Apartment in einem historischen Palazzo. Es ist alles wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man die Biennale besuchen möchte und es ist viel ruhiger als in der Gegend um den Markusplatz. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Frühstückscafes in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und wunderschön. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Venedig und man sieht sogar den Canale Grande. Wir haben uns direkt in dieses Apartment verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
