Súper estadía! Estuvimos un mes y nos sentimos como en casa. Ana siempre estuvo al pendiente y reactiva ante cualquier pregunta nuestra. La zona tiene muchos restaurantes, cafés, bares. La cercanía con la parabada Poble Sec de la línea 3 del metro fue muy conveniente. Todo estuvo genial! En nuestra siguiente visita a Barcelona seguramente que será nuestra opción número 1 para hospedarnos! Súper recomendado

Bills not included in the total price but Ana did ask us if we were happy with this before accepting our booking request. Internet/wifi speed was fast enough for zoom calls etc. apart from 1 day of a slow connection but I'm assuming this was due to some construction we could hear outside. The construction and the upstairs neighbours were quite loud throughout our 1 month stay which required us to close the balcony doors when on a zoom call. The small room with a desk was a great size but quite dark because it had no external windows therefore I spent most of the time on my laptop in the kitchen. There was an inflatable mattress in there also. Overall the space was beautiful and had lots of character. The neighbourhood was great with an nice square with restaurants just outside and a convenient walk into the centre of Barcelona. Thank you Ana! Would highly recommend the nice walk up to Fundació Joan Miró :-)

지하철 3호선은 도보로 5분 미만, 공항버스 정류장이 있는 에스파냐 광장은 도보로 15분 정도 소요되는 위치에 있어서 공항 및 바르셀로나의 주요 명소를 이동하기에 편리합니다. 숙소에서 벌레가 나온 적도 없고 침구도 깨끗했으며 생활에 필요한 용품들이 대부분 구비되어 있어서 전반적으로 잘 관리하고 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 호스트인 Ana와 Joan은 불편함이 없는지 세심하게 챙겨주고 요청 사항이 발생했을 때 신속하게 처리해주었습니다. 호스트가 누군지 모르는 상황에서 숙소를 예약해야 하는 에어비앤비의 특성을 고려했을 때, 믿고 예약할 수 있는 호스트입니다. 덕분에 한 달 동안 행복하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

Charming apartment in the poble sec neighborhood, close to the metro in a quiet residential street. Restaurants, supermarket and the Montjuïc park areas are just around the corner. The living room gets a lot of warmth and sunlight, the balcony is perfect for breakfasts. Ana was a great host, very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay.

Where to begin, a beautiful apartment with period features like the windows and doors. When first entering the property you’re greeted to a spacious entrance area, with a well sized chest of drawers. To the right you’ll find a modern bathroom with a high pressure shower and large overhead storage space. To the left is a double bed with bright bedside lamps. Further down is a well presented small office space with a desk and wardrobe which can be used for additional storage space. The open planned style kitchen lounge offers a spacious feel, paired with the modern kitchen appliances means cooking nights are fun and practical. Lastly the balcony, a private space offering sunset views and alfresco dining (which we did many times) decorated in a variety of cacti it certainly felt homely. A very long review but I just wanted to highlight how amazing this property is and how attentive Ana was through our stay always being available and ready at a moments notice to assist with any issues!
