We loved this place. It felt so homey. Paul takes care of you. He was very flexible with us regarding check-in and provides everything you might need when visiting for a few days.

My second time at Paul's place, this time in the two-person suite. Everything was fantastic, as usual. The bed and linens were super comfortable, and the fridge and pantry were stocked like no other AirBnb we've stayed at. It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood a short stroll to downtown. I 100% recommend Paul's place.

My friend and I traveled to Rochester for concert. Not much time to explore but we were actually bummed we didn’t get more time in the room! To say Paul goes above and beyond is an understatement! Everything was clear and easy to understand. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and you’re within walking distance to Main Street. Paul has all kinds to of snacks and treats and breakfast options as well as bathroom toiletries you may have forgotten. If you’re visiting Rochester you should definitely stay here!

This was one of my favorite stays at an Airbnb! You had your own bathroom, a small kitchenette room and a very comfortable bed! Kitchenette area was stocked with breakfast foods and drinks which gave me one less thing to think about in the mornings. Your right close to Main Street for shopping, restaurants and more. It’s all walking distance. Will stay again!
