It is a beautiful place to stay. We will go back. Breakfast was delicious, Brian is very kind and friendly. Only positive things to say. God bless him and his place.

We loved staying with Victor and Beatrice! We stayed in two rooms in their home and had our own bathroom. There are also rooms in other buildings. They made fantastic breakfasts for us every morning! We had a separate kitchen where we could make our own lunches and dinners. They gave us a tour of their property and we saw alpacas, a parrot, chickens, goats and beautiful gardens. Our kids loved playing with their sweet dogs. Victor has been in contact with us for months and organized a 3 day hike on the Incan trail for us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with activities throughout Ecuador. They both speak English, which is very nice. Alausi is a beautiful small town. We could walk or taxi easily into town for restaurants and groceries. We could walk from his property onto the Devil’s nose hike-beautiful! It is an easy drive to Cuenca. The drive from Quito goes through some tricky mountain roads, but the views are unforgettable. Might be best to hire a driver, but worth it!

The location is awesome if u r a nature person and just on the way to exlplore Nariz del Diablo. Victor is super helpful and kind, very appreciate his help with anything I needed - great host!

Super schöne Unterkunft, auf einem sehr gemütlichen Grundstück. Wir durften eine sehr nette Gastfreundschaft wahrnehmen. Es gab sehr lecker Frühstück. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden all weiter.

This experience was amazing. Victor Brian is an incredible host. Very easy to contact and communicate with. Has a great personality, establishment, and reputation in Alausi. He is attentive, funny, honest, and easy going. Knowledgeable about the area and translates easily in English or Spanish. Has helpful advice for Ecuador in general. Highly recommend. And the breakfast was impeccable! Try the tea, juice, and coffee ;)
