We were in town for a basketball tournament and this place was perfect for the 3 of us! We loved the vibe of the place and the space we were able to have rather than crammed in a hotel trying to all agree on one show! :) We will definitely return if it’s available for times we’re in the area.

This little condo is so quaint and homey. Kim really went out of her way to think about what is needed when people travel and she left little ammenities that I did not need but it really made the place feel like home. Things like floss and a toothbrush, to extra toilet paper, and even little candies throughout the home added to feeling at home rather than making me feel like I was in a hotel. I felt it was a bit of a stretch to list pool and hot tub on her ammenities as this is not at her home, is another company's pool, and staying at this bnb gives you no discounts on being there- however I was aware of this at time of booking and it is not why I came. I did not use this ammenity and still really liked this house. It's a corner unit of a multiplex home far enough away from the road to feel safe and just outside of a school zone so cars don't really fly through there. I would recommend this as a place to stay for others

Kim’s Happy Place was our happy place too. She thought of just about everything. The proximity to the fields, community center, middle and high school are unbeatable and walkable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks, Kim for a great stay.
