Just 3 kms from downtown Assisi, our Villa is the perfect location for those who want to discover Assisi and Umbria with the confort of a private villa with a pool. The villa is immersed in a 9-hectare olive grove and my family produce award winning organic extra virgin olive oil since the '80s. Once you have booked your holiday, please do not forget to plan a tour with us to learn everything about extra virgin olive oil. Villa Rosy, an ancient stone farmhouse restored to its original beauty in the second half of the 19th century, sits amidst a 20 acres olive grove in the gentle hills of Mount Subasio, only 3 Km from Assisi. The enchanting view of the underneath valley stretches from Montefalco to and beyond Torgiano. Our guests can enjoy our swimming pool (5x10m.) provided with shower and sun loungers - a solarium from where you will view unforgettable sunsets, a herbs and vegetable garden, and an orchard where the most typical produce is grown. Rivotorto, the closest village, is only 900 m away from the Villa. There you will easily find all the basic services you may need – bars, restaurant, bank, bakery, patisserie, fishmonger, supermarket, newsagent, petrol station, as well as a riding centre offering horse walks in the Natural Park of Mount Subasio and a paragliding school. The SS3 highway, which connects the main Umbrian cities, is only 1.5 km away, and Florence and Rome are only 2 hours drive from here.

We were 12 people with 4 children. The Villa was very big so every couple had their own bathroom and bedroom (also the kids). Corinna was very helpful and friendly. She answerd every question und gave us Tips for our Trips. The Pool and the view were amazing! Everything was very clean! We had a fantastic stay!!!
Corinna was an absolute pleasure and staying at her home was a highlight of our family vacation. I wish we had more time to enjoy the house and hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

Villa Rosy is a beautiful home we were 12 people including 2 children 2 and 5 years old and my 90 year old mother. accommodations were great the surrounding beautiful and functional. The pool was kept clean and safe. the kitchen had every thing we needed . Corinna was very helpful when ever we needed her assistance and gave us very good tips on restaurants and places to see in the area. we had a great time and happy to recommend villa Rosy. Corinna is a very kind host, she is very sensitive to needs of her guests and will make you feel right at home! I stayed at Villa Rosy the 3rd week of August, with six friends. Part of the house were available to us, we had one double room per couple, we shared kitchen with dishwasher, living room, patio, vegetable garden, washing machine, bbq (with wood). We also shared the pool with other hosts in the house, Corinna gave us towels and beach towels for pool. The house is inside an amazing and quiet olive grove, from there you can see Assisi. Wonderful towns of Umbria like Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto can be reached easily from Villa Rosy. I really hope to come back to Villa Rosy and enjoy Umbria and its very good food! :D
