Overall good place to stay, location was easily accessible to two trams. We walked through Deans Village and to the Botanical Gardens… There were dishes and little soap to keep them tidy. So that was helpful and some small extras as well Sue had taken care for us in the way of “kitchen”. We are American so used to fluffy overgrown towels lol but that’s they only odd out thing for us (culture thing I know) She had travel info that was handy and we met her a couple of times very pleasant. Would stay again. Visit St Mary’s church up the street worth a pop in and there is a Tesco express close by (Americans - like a tiny Aldi) She does posts it is a basement apartment but has a big window - very bright, stairs might give some people trouble.

we loved staying at Sue and Ross the bed was amazing and had a cracking night sleep was a lovely touch having them supply tea and coffee and free milk the room exceeded expectations and was much more like a bedsit ensuite was spotless we have booked again for next year look forward to coming take care frances

Perfect place to stay for us. Had all details needd. Quiet, peaceful area. Homey, comfortable flat. Near to the Modern Art 1 + 2. Handy for Haymarket. Sue was great host, had a lovely holiday here. Thank you. 💜

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr gut zu erreichen mit Tram und Bus, die Haltestellen sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und so ausgestattet, dass man sich zum Teil selbst versorgen kann, zum Beispiel zum Frühstück. Toll war, dass wir am Abreisetag noch unser Gepäck bei Sue stehen lassen konnten bis zum Abflug.

Thanks for the lovely stay. Great location, peaceful yet close to all the tourist bits. The room was really clean and spacious.
