Our stay was lovely! The apartment was quiet and was walking distance from many great restaurants. It was easy to take the train and metro to other parts of the city as well. I would happily stay there again. We had a miscommunication about the time of our arrival (which was entirely my fault) and our host was very understanding and was so helpful when we did arrive to make sure we were comfortable (after an overnight flight that is really the best). Thank you for hosting us!
Pierre’s place met our needs very well. It was so helpful to have a second bedroom, which is very hard to find in the city! It’s exactly like the description. The location is super convenient in general, especially for going to Versailles. We caught a 13-minute express, both ways, and barely walked five minutes to get to the station. Pierre and his neighbor were both responsive when I was uncertain about how to dump the trash at the end of the stay.
We did not get a chance to meet Pierre as he was out of town. Zelijka assisted us the day we arrived. She was waiting for us at the apartment and provided us with the keys and a tour before she left. Excellent location for public transportation to get around Paris. The apartment was comfortable with everything in working order. A full kitchen for use if you wanted to use it. We did not cook. We only used the microwave. The bathroom was clean. Clean towels were provided. As a woman on the older side I found the tub to be a little high to step in and out of (I am average height). A shorter person may also have the same problem as I. Other than the tub everything was great. We enjoyed our time in Paris and staying at Pierre's apartment was perfect. Great stay at a great location. Access to public transport could not be easier; and there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kitchen was great for preparing food, with delivery easy if you are feeling too lazy to leave. Good space to work with great wifi was important for our stay, and the stay delivered that for us. With the apartment setup, security was good and we felt safe for the whole stay. A small running space/garden right next to the apartment was also super helpful to be able to have a quick workout inbetween meetings. I’d certainly stay again.
The apartment was very clean and comfy and a great location. The neighborhood has a lot of great cafés, grocery shops, and shops. Felt safe there. Great place to stay!
