Great spot on Cozumel. Right on the beach with good snorkeling that is easy for kids. Dive boats will pick you up at the dock next door making it quite convenient. Although there are several restaurants on either side, we were disappointed by the quality (and the cost!). It’s nice to have rental car to go to better places to eat and to explore the island. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very prompt responses to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect fit for exactly what we wanted. We wanted to cook for ourselves and kitchen was well supplied. We were still able to walk to money bar as we had a car for only 2 days of our stay. Money bar wasnt our favorite food, better local food a drive away, so if that is important a car rental would be a good idea. Really easy to drive to, but we honestly loved just hanging out on our balcony and private beach so much we really didnt want to leave! The snorkeling and sunsets were amazing! They left lots of snorkeling gear to use and i highly recommend! We walked next door to tortugas bar to pay a small fee to get picked up for our scuba diving everyday. We escaped the crowds. We escaped the all inclusives and the cruise traffic. We honestly were so happy! Great local guides they give you on check in too. And the keypad entey is great. Also big thank you for supplying water! That made not having a car possible!

La casa es muy cómoda y con una vista hermosa, la playa es increíble llegan muchos peces e incluso vimos una estrella de mar!! Al lado hay un restaurante bastante aceptable que cuenta con un muelle donde las embarcaciones llegan por ti para llevarte a los tours y eso es bastante cómodo!! también hay renta de kayak, motos acuáticas etc, realmente lo tienes todo en el mismo lugar! sin duda regresaremos.

Perfect place to stay and relax, pool and beach is nice. Apartment is nice and spacious with good view
