A charming house with lots of character. Lovely and cosy and warm. Very close to great walks and Shepton centre. Annie was a lovely host and very helpful.

I loved the annex. The bedrooms were lovely and lots of quirky items to look at. Kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of seating.

Annie is a lovely host. The annex is lovely- spacious, with comfortable sofas, a lovely wood burner and a great base for exploring the area.

What a lovely property. I have just had a great weekend at the Annexe. It is a historic property (so does have the odd creak)with all the comforts needed for a great stay. We ate in one night & found all we needed to prepare our meal. The lounge area is large and comfortable with lots of lovely quirky ornaments & decorations. My friend Carole absolutely loves a woodburner! She had that lit & it gave us a much needed cozy , relaxed evening. We went to Stourhead (25 mins drive) not too far & well worth the visit. Although we didn't have the time for other trips there are many places to visit in the area, so the annexe would make a super base for a longer stay. There is plenty to keep you entertained in the evening, board games,puzzles & lots of DVD's. I'm not sure if there are many eateries locally? but there are plenty of country pubs a short drive or taxi ride away & local supermarkets , for all your needs.
