The house was lovely, clean and warm and perfect for our needs. There was plenty of everything and the kitchen was really well equipped which was good as we all like cooking. Kate introduced herself when we arrived and was friendly and welcoming. We had a great break and managed to see quite a lot as it's conveniently located near lots of nice towns. Thankyou Kate, hope to see you again. Would definitely recommend this property. Also it's all on one level so great for anyone with mobility problems like I have.

Kate’s cottage was a fantastic find. Myself and a couple of friends stayed over New Years. Kate’s instructions were clear and we were able to find the place easily. Upon arrival we were greeted with a couple of extra handy essentials (milk, carrot cake etc - Kate had really gone above and beyond). The place itself is fantastic, really well maintained and a really comfortable place to stay. We were given a handy guide of local places to visit as well. The snooker and table tennis tables were an absolute highlight. Overall, a great place to stay - would highly recommend to anyone.
