I have stayed with Peter Ang Graziella on other occasions and they are fantastic ! The apartment is wonderful and I can’t wait to return.
This was a lovely and well appointed space. Peaceful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and a convenient distance to Middlebury.
We enjoyed and our stay at Peter and Graziella's guest accommodation. The especially nice touch of hospitality with fresh fruit, Vermont Cheddar Cheese, local eggs/ milk and bread was appreciated. They also gave us a generous amount of fresh picked raspberries from their organic garden. The farm setting was tranquil and the Whitfield location was close to Middlebury and Brandon which offed a lot to do and was central to day hikes to waterfalls in the Green Mountains. Our interactions with our Hosts were lovely.
We had a lovely stay at Peter's place. The apartment is fully functional, the communication with Peter was perfect, and the surroundings are beautiful. We recommend enjoying the nearest town, Middlebury. Very quaint, cute town with great coffees and restaurants. Check out the Vermont bookshop! We also drove around the Green mountain national Forest, located less than 15 minutes from the place. Great stay! Thank you Peter!
Listing needs to be transparent to reveal that there's a door WITHOUT a LOCK from my side which connects this unit to the owner's home office and the rest of the house. You can hear his phone conversation through as I am certain he could hear everything from my side as well. This was highly disturbing as the door can be locked only from his/their side! As a rule of thumb, there should always be a lock on the renter's side not the other way around especially since the host/owner would inevitably have spare keys to the unit anyway. Then, there was a situation on the 2nd day when I found a drawer of a side table next to the bed completely open when I returned in the evening. I do not use drawers of any sort to store anything at a rental place. So, there was 0 reason why this drawer was open!!! If they needed to come inside for a good reason, I would have given them the permission. I received no call or text that they would be entering while I wasn't there. Never ever faced this.

We both are dual citizens of the USA and Switzerland and cherish the distinct cultural differences of these two highly industrialized countries. Our early lives blessed us with frequent and extended travels all over the world. We also lived for a couple of years in Montreal, Canada and Bogotà, Colombia and real life experiences in all continents but Africa shaped our believe that human nature is fundamentally as sincere and as precious as we all expect it to be. We love having people visit us and can assure visitors of their total privacy.
