Hosts were lovely! Attended to all of our needs and were very responsive. Description and photos are accurate. Great walkability. Noise was not an issue but be mindful if staying on weekends this is a lively area and expect to hear activity at night as described in the property description. Very clean and well equipped. Loved it being pet friendly. Highly recommended.

This loft was lovely. The host is super friendly and responsive. The location is stellar and it's easy to walk everywhere downtown. There's almost endless things to do and we were thrilled about all the shops displaying local art. We had an amazing time and tried so many new restaurants and drinks. This is a great place to stay if you want to truly experience the city, especially if you plan on staying out late and participating in the nightlife. The only downside we experienced was the nighttime noise, which did affect our sleep, especially on Saturday night. The host is very up front about it and we thought we were prepared but we weren't able to fully combat heavy bass with white noise or ear plugs because we could feel it more than hear it. If you're a light sleeper or plan on going to bed early just be aware that some of the venues housed in the same building as the loft may feature bass-heavy artists. We just stayed up late and slept in to compensate and still had a great stay!

We loved our stay at this downtown loft! Everything you need. Walkable to everything you need. Quick Uber ride to the Biltmore and fantastic food and shops close by

Honestly one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in! So well stocked, so thoughtful with the additional pet supplies, and I loved the touch of Oreo's in the cookie jar. Absolutely a great place to stay

The place is lovely, comfortable and convenient to many good restaurants and shops. Krista and Andy are helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place.
