Everything was exactly as pictured. Had a good stay and the staff was very friendly. Short push to sit in a meeting for timeshares but they were fine with me saying no thanks. Overall good stay.

The description was accurate and communication with Freddy was super fast & easy. Room setup is slightly different than the picture but had similar elements and was quite comfortable. When I called the front desk for help opening the Murphy bed I had someone at my door to help within minutes. A pleasant & easy stay.

Freddy arranged everything and we felt like VIPs upon our arrival and we were even able to check-in early! The resort was very nice with professional and friendly welcoming staff that catered to our every need. We had a free movie rental for each night and they offered plenty of advice about the surrounding area, including discounts at most of the local businesses. The location was really central for us and it was not far from shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely like to go back sometime!

A great place to stay if you are in Birch Bay. Freddy was very easy to communicate with and the condo was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay at Freddy's again if I am in Birch Bay.
