Beautiful place! We loved our stay. We were able to check in early which was nice since we have two young kids. Super comfy beds!

Beautifully appointed home with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Access to beautiful beaches and the wildlife in the canal was a treat. We saw Canadian geese babies. Would suggest to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Exceeded expectations, even after reading all the other positive reviews! Everything was perfectly clean, felt very comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom were the most well stocked of any Airbnb I’ve stayed, yet neatly organized in drawers so there was no clutter. They even had blankets in living room, towels for beach, nice grill and fire pit with firewood, string deck lights, games, etc. Short walk, less than half a block to beach access, along with a walking path to several restaurants and coffee shop or 4 min drive. Definitely will be back💜

The home was well-designed and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay, good location, quiet street during this time of year. The home is well-outfitted and was very cozy with the gas fireplace. Derek was very responsive when I notified them of a few small issues; he came out to fix them within a few hours. A couple of things; there are no dressers in either bedroom so keep that in mind. The bathroom was clean but I did notice hairs stuck to the ceiling. Lastly, there was an issue/miscommunication regarding extending my stay. Rosanna stated I could extend my reservation and sent me the invoice to pay. As I was confirming if she could accommodate a late checkout, she reached out to say that she accepted another booking and the option was no longer available. This was a surprise since she had sent me an invoice and expressed that it would be no issue to extend. I will give her credit that she did later apologize for the situation but this left me scrabbling to find other arrangements.
