Haus bzw. Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse sind schön und gepflegt, alles funktioniert, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut. Das ganz Besondere, das diesen Ort unübertrefflich macht, ist die Lage so nahe am Meer mit dem Blick auf die Küste im Nordwesten, wobei man auch nahe am Treiben in Portonovo ist - und den guten Restaurants! - , aber dennoch gleichzeitig völlig abgeschieden, in einer Pineta, die nicht öffentlich zugänglich ist. Aus den Schlafzimmerfenstern sieht man auf die wunderschöne kleine Kirche Santa Maria, auch das eine Besonderheit. Das Angebot an Natur und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region ist so groß, dass man es auch in mehreren Wochen nicht ausschöpfen kann. Gabriella und Massimo sind perfekte Gastgeber, sie melden sich bei Anfragen sofort.

Die Wohnung von Gabriella und Massimo liegt wunderschön nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich gute Restaurants direkt am Strand. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen großartigen Blick auf das zum Greifen nahe Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Gabriella und Massimo sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar sind und sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Gabriella und Massimo. Wir kommen gern wieder.

La casa è decisamente all'altezza delle aspettative e del luogo splendido in cui si trova. Pulizia ineccepibile e disponibilità degli ospiti fanno il resto. Assolutamente consigliata.

From the moment we climbed the stairs to the terrace that overlooks the wild beach, we knew we made the right choice for a beach house on the Adriatic. We love beaches but we don't like crowds, so out of season was perfect for us. Although there were local restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and prepared all of our meals in-house. The view from the terrace is wonderful so we enjoyed breakfast & antipasti there every day. With the comfortable layout of the apartment and comfortable bed & pillows, who could ask for more? Our hosts were wonderful in every way. Thank you very much for a wonderful 2 week vacation!

The apartment - super! Clean, comfortable, quiet - housebook describes everything perfectly... is as shown in the photos. Location - a pebble beach so, take bathing shoes. That said, really nice clean beach, 3 great restaurants on the beach, all within 5 minutes walking distance. Pleasant walks along the bays and plenty of walking paths through the woods behind - great place to escape, unwind and chill. Hosts - Gabriella & Massimo - charming, met us at the door, explained everything clearly, really helpful - a big thank you guys.
