The house is beautifully situated on a hill in Massignano. It has a beautiful view of the plain. The hosts are very nice and welcome their guests very friendly. We can highly recommend the house.

L'appartamento si trova in cima al paese E' forse un po' difficile da raggiungere ma ha una vista bellissima. Le foto illustrano bene la casa ed è dotato di tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Patrizio è stato gentile e discreto. Quando tornerò nel Conero, sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Our group of six stayed at Patrizio’s apartment and arrived with two cars. We got a very nice home tour from his son, who showed us everything and explained. In addition, we could always get in touch with the son and get tips. Pros of the accommodation: - very nice and large terrace - 2 balconies - 2 kitchens - a grill - two bathrooms and an outdoor shower - 2 double beds and 4 single beds - Dishwasher - mosquito protection in front of all windows - a fantastic view Contra: - if you don’t have a car it’s a longer way to the sea In conclusion we want to say that it was a nice stay and we miss the great view now.

We had a lovely visit in the house. We were two families who stayed there and the bedrooms were comfortable. The outside space is the best part of the house. The view is lovely over the Conero mountain. We used the outside grill for our dinners and we really enjoyed staying in the quiet and peaceful village at night. The drive to the house up the hill is a steep narrow road, but we got used to it. You need a car if you visit the house, but it’s only 5-10 minutes drive to nearest shop and 10-15 minutes to the beaches in Numana and Sirolo. I would recommend this place.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa con un gruppo di amici. L'alloggio è veramente completo di tutto ciò che serve, pulito, accogliente e spazioso. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi km da spiagge, ristoranti, supermercati e regala delle viste mozzafiato. Patrizio è un host eccezionale, simpatico, disponibile e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente, noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene e sicuramente ci sarà occasione di tornare.
