Boni’s place is a discovery not to be missed. The tropical gardens combined with abundant giving fruit trees make this a unique little paradise. Off the beaten path for ultimate relaxation. The accommodation is comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. The view overlooking the goat pasture is magical. Our favourite stay on the island.
We stayed in the Garden Room at Bobi's (my 1st visit and my husband's 3rd). The only thing missing was us! So glad to finally visit the island and to stay in this special place I've heard about for years! Totally worth the wait! Quick replies, great recommendations, privacy if desired, yet community of amazing people to hang with as well. Hawi is right up the road and has lots to offer. Watching the goats was entertaining and feeding them our compost was fun! We hope to make it back and slow down time again in the future.

For 48 years I've loved living in awesome North Kohala, fell in love with my special property when I first saw it in 1974, raised 3 children "roughing it" but loving adventures in a rural community, adopted 6 and fostered 7, taught school as a sub, K-12, painted landscapes in oil around the island before the family expanded to 9+ diverse kids, now want to resume my passion for creativity, hosted many musicians and folks interested in sustainable living, healthy choices, loving each other, God and country, and appreciation for our uniquely wonderful treasures here at the end of the rainbow. I've really enjoyed meeting guests from all over the world and have made some lifetime friendships. Come visit! We hope you'll fall in love with the joys of North Kohala, create wonderful memories with family and friends, (even business partners) and return for many visits! My daughter reminds me to "always keep smiling"…it's catching!
