Das war das beste Airbnb-Erlebnis das ich je hatte. Ich würde 100 Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte. Isabelle war extrem freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und war so hilfsbereit wie ich es noch nie bei einem Airbnb-Host erlebt habe. Sie und ihre Kollegen haben aus dies zu unserem bisher schönsten Wien-Aufenthalt gemacht. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle, ihr seid die besten! Das Apartment ist fantastisch. Da man im offiziell dritten, tatsächlich aber fünften Stück ist — zum Glück mit Fahrstuhl — bekommt man absolut gar nichts vom Verkehr draußen mit. Auch unser Kleinkind hat dort wunderbar durchgeschlafen. Alles im Apartment ist so schön, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es gibt Schränke ohne Ende und selbst ein Trockner war vorhanden. Das Bad ist wunderschön, das Bett sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht ist auch toll. In der Nähe des Apartments gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplätze, einen tollen Spielplatz und die Innenstadt ist zum Greifen nah.

Large apartment within walking distance of city centre, handy for U-Bahn and well served by trams. Very clean, well equipped, with comfortable bed. Despite being on a busy road, it is reasonably quiet, being on an upper floor. Be aware that the nearest cafes are 500 metres away at Schottentor.

The entire experience at Isabelle's place was great. From the first minute, the communication was fast, kind and accurate. Isabelle was a great host, and even though I did not meet her in person, she was on top of all the details. Her instructions where very clear and the check-in was easy. Her welcome kit was premium and very well thought. The apartment is in a beautiful building, in a quiet area of the city, but still in the first district. It is very close to a metro station, so it was very well connected with the main attractions, most of them are even less than 20 minutes walking. The apartment is really beautiful and with high-end details that look even better in person. Everything is new and sparkling clean. I felt really well there. If I should make a critic, I would say that the curtains are not black-out, so you have a bit of light in the morning, but this did not bother me at all. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.
