What a cute little find. I absolutely LOVED this little town. I definitely want to return in the future. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind away from the busyness of the city, this is the place for you. The steam shower was quite lovely. We spent most of our time sitting on the front porch watching the friendliest people go in and out of the General Store right next store. You must try the homemade ice cream; you will not be disappointed. You can also make reservations to 'throw axes' at Bury the Hatchet next door. You can BYO drinks or food and the walk back to the house that is literally right next door. After throwing axes you can come back and relax in the hot tub or have a fire and stargaze. So peaceful, absolutely no white noise of any kind, like in the city with traffic and all. Loved, loved, loved every bit of this visit.

Abigail was so helpful. We planned to stay at Hazel house but it was experiencing some issues with the hot tub. Abigail communicated this to me and worked with me to find another accommodation or offered a 100 percent refund. We opted to stay at Sadie's house about 3 houses down and I'm so glad we did. The area was peaceful and private. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was hot and working but needed a little TLC. Thank you Abigail, your kindness was appreciated.

Hazels House is a beautiful historical home, stocked with anything and everything that you could ever need. Loved being next door to the General Store (ice cream is out of this world!) and ax throwing was a blast. We hiked, cooked, hot tubbed and relaxed. We had an amazing trip with our family, thank you so much Abigail!

I traveled from PA to Ohio for the eclipse. I was looking to stay in a rural area prior to heading up north for the eclipse. It was perfect. I even extended my stay an extra day. Abigail accomated my last minute changes.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at the Hazel House. There was great scenery, very peaceful. Was able to relax, watch movies with family, and play board games. The place was nice and clean. We also enjoyed the hot tub.
