This spacious cabin sits at the edge of an open wooded area which is frequented by wildlife. We have seen elk, deer, bobcats, bears, badgers! Cabin has recently been updated with new furnishings, a 50" flat screen tv over fp, private large hot tub. This large cabin is steps to Rocky Mountain National Park- you can literally walk into the Park! Just two miles from downtown Estes Park, with lots of great shopping and restaurants. 40 miles to Eldora Mountain Ski area also! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a Jacuzzi tub for two and separate shower in the master. King suite with separate dressing area, Queen bedroom, 2 twins in third bedroom. 2nd bath has large handicap accessible shower, plus full tub/shower. Large LR w/ gas fireplace and 50" flatscreen tv/dvd, cable tv, 2 queen sleeper sofas, Full kitchen w/ range, dw, fridge, micro. Separate dining area. Free wifi, washer/ dryer Gas grill on the deck with private large 8 person hot tub. Super views out the rear of this Rocky Mountains cabin. Deer, elk and other wildlife frequently wander by the open area out back. NOT crowded with other houses. All sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, etc provided. Estes Park area was voted the second most desirable vacation spot in the US in 2013!! Additional amenities: activity center nearby with free access, and seasonal heated pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Public free shuttle service available summer months only.

We had a great stay at Danette’s cabin. There were 10 of us including two little ones and it felt roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals and the table expanded so we could all eat together. The hot tub was a nice addition. We had a little trouble with the hot tub temp (user error) but staff was quick to rectify. The location was private and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

This house in the mountains was perfect and had everything you would need. The hot tub was wonderful, the heat worked quickly when temps dropped at night and the showers were hot and had great water pressure. The view of the Rockies was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet and full of wildlife. The location was also a big bonus as one of the entrances for RMNP was less than 3 minutes away and town was less than 10. Only negative I’d point out is that half of the windows had broken locks and were not secured overnight and I hope that the owners have this fixed as this was a safety concern as a woman traveling. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

Great communication and friendly staff. Close proximity to RMNP and downtown. Made for a great weekend getaway in the mountains. The hot tub was a great!

This cabin is located within Valhalla Resort, we have 24 cabins on approx. 10 acres. We are conveniently located on the border of Rocky Mountain National Park with trails leading from your cabin directly into the park, for hiking only. If you want to drive into the park, the park entrance is less than 2 miles away. Estes Park is also conveniently located about 2 miles from the resort. Seven of our cabins have private hot tubs, we also have a community hot tub for all the other cabins located outside the main office. We have a recreation center with games and activities, a playground with mini golf, tether ball and horseshoes along with an outdoor heated seasonal pool open Memorial day to Labor day (weather permitting).
