Beautiful property with wonderful hosts. On the night of our arrival, the hosts accommodated a very late check in and even went to the store for us to get us everything we needed and more— which we appreciated A LOT. The private beach (and the property at large) is gorgeous and the location is super convenient (15 min to Hvar center). The water pressure is low due to the conditions in the bay, which we understood, so just a heads up that only 1 person can shower at a time. We will definitely be back when we visit Hvar!! Hvala :)

If you want peace and quiet and your own paradise, this is it. You are steps away from a private beach with only a handful of houses around so never busy. Water is crystal clear. The property is amazing and the hosts came to greet us and check in if we needed anything along with some gifts. Luckily the “smokve” were in season so we had some fresh fruits as well. Perfect little paradise and only 15 mins away from Hvar the city. Thank you for having us.

We stayed for a week at Ivana & Ricardo’s house in July. The house is set in a bay accessed by a dirt track. It’s easy to find. The check in was arranged smoothly by Vedran and we were met at the car park and helped to the house with our luggage. The house is situated very close to the beach. A little path takes you to a beautiful, calm bay. It is very safe for children & the house provides a paddle board - it is great fun to paddle around this bay as the water is super calm & there is also a pier for jumping off. There are no restaurants or bars to get food so highly recommended to rent car/scooter/quad bike for shopping & groceries. It is very expensive (€130 for five seater) but Vedran can help with a bit of a discount. The house was sparklingly clean & had everything we needed. Loved the sound of the cicadas, the multiple outdoor areas for sitting. Absolutely wonderful holiday! Thank you!

Ivana and Ricardo’s apartment was recently renovated and beautifully furnished It made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would gladly recommend to others.

Nous sommes restés 8 jours dans ce petit coin de paradis! La maison est particulièrement confortable, il y a des arbres fruitiers et des fines herbes sur le terrain, la vue est magnifique et on est à quelques pas de la mer, tout en étant bénéficiant d’une grande intimité. Ivana est une hôte exceptionnelle! Elle nous a aidé à trouver une gardienne, nous a offert des fruits et des breuvages à l’arrivée et nous a même offert de petits souvenirs à notre départ. La maison est un peu à l’écart de l’action de Hvar (environ 15-20 min) et il n’est pas toujours facile de se stationner près de la maison, mais nous y retournerions sans hésitation! Excellent choix si vous souhaitez un endroit calme.
