Teresa is a dream host. The ranch is a comfortable delight. You hardly need to go into town. You can hike, fish, look for fossils… and the view from the porch onto the pecan orchard, the deer and ponies… is so serene So many thoughtful and unusual appointments! I’ve stayed at over a dozen Airbnb’s and not one of them could hold a light to Teresa’s many treats and surprises for her guests. The makings for a full and delicious breakfast await you. Fresh drinking water. Tons of games. Fishing rods! Beds are comfy. Double showerheads in the master bathroom. Water pressure is perfect. Do bring books as Internet is spotty.

Beautiful, peaceful place with everything you need for a great stay. The pecan orchard with all of the Red stagg and horses is awesome for everyone to sit on the porch and enjoy. The house is nice and gives you that home feeling while there. Teresa was very helpful with directions and a great host who gives you privacy and is there if you need anything. We look forward to staying again in the future.

This was one of my best airbnb stays (and I travel a lot!). Wonderful host. Friendly. Clean house with great amenities. Couldn’t recommend more!

We really enjoyed this place. Theresa made it easy to find, left us a very generous breakfast, and created an organized and lovely space. We loved the animals and the peaceful surrounding.
