The White Seagull is a top floor Master Studio with a private Sky Lounge. Tastefully furnished with a Mahogany King bed, fully stocked Kitchenette, Lap Pool, Grill, Private parking and 1.2 miles to Cruz Bay. Offers Spectacular Ocean Views. The White Seagull is a top floor Master Studio with a private Sky Lounge. Designed and built with love, the details of this studio are like no other because your space is not limited to a one-room suite. There are 3 levels for you to enjoy: The Master Studio, the upper private Sky Lounge that is only accessible through your space and the lower courtyard that is shared with my residence. This Master Studio is a one-room suite tastefully furnished with a gorgeous hand-carved Mahogany King bed, treasured heirloom antiques, with a comfortable living room area will make you feel like royalty. The one-room suite is divided by sliding french doors separating the bedroom/living area from the kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to create a special meal or a lunch for the beach. The private Sky Lounge has views that are simply stunning day or night. Savor your favorite drink or frosty tropical beverage while gazing far beyond the shores. At night, stargaze or view the sparkling lights of St. Thomas - how romantic! Tastefully furnished with treasured heirloom antiques and a hand-carved Mahogany King bed will make you feel like royalty. We offer a fully stocked kitchenette, oversized shower and beach supplies to make your stay comfortable and delightful. This property is for adults only and is a non-smoking environment.

The White SeaGull is a perfect little compact place for a couple who enjoys heirloom furnishings. The patio and rooftop view is awesome, however while we we there one of the lounge chairs was missing so we had insufficient outdoor lounge furnishings for two people. Jackie is a wonderful and friendly host and will help you with anything you have questions about.

The White Seagull was just what my wife and I needed for an anniversary trip to St. John. It is a small studio with beautiful views, a great location, and oh, did I mention the view? Just amazing, as was our host, Jacqueline. She was wonderful in every way - as a host and as a person! This was a very private studio with its own rooftop lounge/patio what was perfect for ending the day while watching the sunset. It is just minutes to Cruz Bay and the Northern beaches. We miss it already and hope to return!

BEAUTIFUL views - photos don’t do it justice. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences. Jacqueline is a wonderful host and the property is simply beautiful. The private upper deck has 360 degree views of the ocean and a nice place to lounge and enjoy the sun. We are definitely planning on coming back. Highly recommend you book this place if it’s available, you won’t regret it.

Jacqueline was a perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best vacation possible. The apartment was clean and had stunning views. Would highly recommend staying at her place if you are visiting this beautiful island.

For those who rent a car, getting to your villa Studio is easy with paved roads and private off-street parking access is flat terrain. Parking is located next to the front door of your
Saint John is known for the 4-wheel drive Jeeps. Fun driving up and down roads, around curves at slow speeds of 20 to 30 miles per hour. If you prefer a Standard rental car, the roads to the Studio are paved and easy to drive with a shot distance to town 1.2 miles.
For travel by taxi, taxi's are ready at the ferry dock to take you up the hill to your Studio. Travel by taxi is easy once on the island, no need to rent a car. Telephone numbers of taxi drivers are posted in your studio. Beautiful beaches are easy to access and within minutes from your Studio.

Chocolate Hole less than .5 mile
Hawksnest Beach is 3.5 miles
Honeymoon Beach is 4 miles
Trunk Bay is 4.5 miles
Cinnamon Bay is 4.5 miles

Falling in love with St. John, this gem of the U.S. Virgin Islands was easy for us. For years our summer home was on Madeline Island in Wisconsin, one of the Apostle Islands on Lake Superior. Saint John became the perfect winter home for us. We filled our days with beach-combing, snorkeling, trail hiking and history. Building our home here on St. John was a big adventure. These beautiful villas are my gift to you for your vacation.
