This place is so beautiful. Great space and the view is amazing. We will definitely be staying there again. Clean and exactly as described. If there is only 1 negative is just getting down to the beach. But the view is breathtaking and hearing the ocean in the morning with coffee is a great way to start the day.

The place was beautiful, and comfortable. My only regrets is that I just couldn’t find away to walk down to the water. And the stove fire was so low it took a long time to cook a meal. Raul was awesome!

Raul’s place is hands down one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed at in terms of location,quality, and experience. My kids had a ball and it was amazingly relaxing. I will be booking his home annually as we come to Tijuana quite often. The kitchen was a great size to accommodate cooking for a large family, the dining table in the kitchen was great for conversations with my kids while we were cooking, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook/grill. The view from the kitchen and living room are phenomenal will full glass windows to take in all the beautiful views and sounds of the sea. My partner, infant, and I had the end room with the attached bathroom to not disturb our children in the middle room. Raul thought of everything from beach towels, to a space heater, and extra blankets as it was a bit chilly. The backyard is simply a dream day and night for our family to relax, grill, and for the kids to play. From the backyard, we hiked directly down the cliff to the beach!
