I rented Lane's apartment for my parents' 7-week stay while they were in town helping us with our newborn. The place was terrific - exactly as pictured, spotless, in the perfect location, and with a spectacular view out the living room window. Lane and his wife Kristin were super responsive to all of our questions both before and during the stay. My parents were initially a bit concerned about the fact that the elevator opens directly into the apartment, but they quickly got used to that and it was not an issue. They truly felt like they had the comfort of a home away from home!

this is a great and comfortable one bedroom apartment. we loved every minute being there. the location is excellent : quiet , near a great park with sports facilities, near to wide selection of good restaurants and shops-the lively and trendy Willamsburg, few min. walk to east river with magnificent view of Manhattan and few min. walk to the Subway (L line) with quick connection to Manhattan. But, the best deal is the landlord - Lane. he is the best we ever had. he is kind, responsive to your needs and and makes you feel good and welcome.

This apartment was perfect for my needs. It's exactly as seen in the photos with great amenities and helpful doormen. Everyone made sure to make my stay welcoming and easy. The apartment is just a short walk from the heart of Williamsburg. It's lively during the day with the park across the street but quiets down in the evening. Lane was easy to reach throughout my stay and incredibly flexible with my schedule at check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the best Airbnb we could have asked for. Beautiful with amazing views in the perfect location. We stayed for 30 days. The bath and shower were amazing, the bed super comfortable and the tv had lots of cable channels to choose from. We will miss this place so much and wish we could stay forever!
