Looking at the other reviews, I can only but agree to those :). What stood out for us were the very comfy beds, sizeable bedrooms and very enjoyable living/kitchen area with a nice view on the water....and being close to public transport to get you anywhere quickly

Great place to stay,very relaxing.only 15 mins tram ride to Central Amsterdam.Edwin was a very good host ,very friendly and helpful. I would stay again when we come back.

Could not recommend Edwin or his property highly enough. This is the second time now we have stayed here and I cannot see myself ever returning to Amsterdam and staying somewhere else. Edwin is the quintessential host and anything we needed he was always just a message away. The property is absolute pristine and super central. With connecting train/bus lines right on the doorstep to take you anywhere you need to go. The property is equipped with everything you might need for a short/long stay and is perfect for a family or small group. Thank you again Edwin! Will definitely be back

Beautiful home with a huge kitchen and beautiful views of nature! Enjoyed sitting on the patio and admiring the canal view. I was very impressed that Edwin offered to get some groceries for us. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a host do that before - very thoughtful! Beds were comfortable and it’s very quiet and easy to sleep. Nice roomy shower. Nice to have two toilets, but toilet areas were small. It’s an easy walk to the train station, and we used trains all the time to get around. Overall, it’s an awesome place!

We had a lovely stay at Edwin's apartment. The apartment is spacious and very well equiped. The location was very convenient, close to the metro. We rented bikes from a nearby store he recommended and getting around was very easy. There is no air-conditioning so it was pretty hot during the day, at night there was a nice breeze from the canal. Overall we had great time and recommend Edwin's place for anyone who wants a quiet place in Amsterdam.
