The Second suite bedroom also includes a king size bed, dual sinks, and a custom built in closet. Both suites face the Sea of Cortez and offer mesmerizing views. This stunning brand new condo is located in Alegranza Luxury Resort, one of the most exclusive and gated communities in San Jose del Cabo. Walking distance to down town, the beach & supermarket. The 2'010 sq.ft. residence offers expansive ocean views of the Sea of Cortez from every room, wide and private terrace ideal for outside dinners, luxurious living area, and 5 star Hotel amenities. The unit includes comfortable beds, fabulous furniture, 2 full bathrooms, 10 ft. ceilings, granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen, alder wood carpentry, purified water, TV in each room, wireless internet, and double pain window providing complete noise and temperature isolation. If you are planning a trip to San Jose Del Cabo there simply is not a better located place to be found. If you want a place that feels like home away from home and not an overcrowded, commercialized hotel, this is the place for you. The concierge will help with ANYTHING and answers any and all questions immediately. The ocean view can't be beat, and that three pools make it so that you never feel crowded. I love it here so much, I am now looking into buying my own condo here!!!

Great stay here. Beautiful interior. Great place for dogs! The unit had a grassy area on the terrace, fantastic grounds for walks and the park nearby that always had other dogs to play with my dog. Pools are amazing and the landscaping was gorgeous. Everyone from the managers to maintenance crew was super nice and helpful!
