Our guest suite overlooks our great room. It has two private bedrooms. They share a full bath and sitting area, a sliding door serves a balcony furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs. A small refrigerator, Keurig, and drop-leaf table are indoors. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size real bed that has a deep, firm foam mattress. Because of the COVID, and our ages and health, we require guests to verify that they have been vaccinated. We wear masks to protect our guests and us. Our two, second-floor guest rooms share a full tub-and-shower bath, access to the balcony and airy sitting room overlooking the great room of our home. Across the great room is a south-facing wall of windows which raises the temperature of the whole area on sunny days. Two rocking chairs, a sofa and a drop-leaf table and chairs furnish the sitting room, besides the small refrigerator-freezer. There is a slider to the balcony with table and chairs. It faces east across the woods that surround our recently-built home. In early-morning light, the sun sparkles off Little Robin Lake, through the leaves across the road. Each of the two guest rooms is rented separately. Each room has a comfortable queen-size real bed with deep, firm foam mattress. This one is a four-poster bed. There is a diner /convenience store within 1 mile of our place. Another is on the edge of N. Becket about 5 miles north on Rt. 8 north from our place. Both serve very good, reasonably priced meals. It's wise to call for hours. Menus are in the sitting area. Becket and Lee have a wide variety of restaurants from casual counter seating to fine dining. Lee has quite a variety, including international restaurants (from Pizza to top-rate Indian food) at varied price-points. Our home is in a private community of hard-packed dirt roads, heavily wooded, 2nd-growth forest, and varied homes of charmingly individual styles and sizes. Our mixed-breed dog is very friendly once she's "told" newcomers that she's the watcher-of-the-door. We're only 3 miles east of Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival which usually offers a summer season of performances by varied and internationally known dance companies. There are year-round live theater and music performances within half-an-hour of our place at several venues. There are downhill ski areas about a half-hour's drive and a cross-country ski place five miles from here.
