Jacob's apartment in the San Francisco neighborhood of Panama City is lovely inside (just as the pictures show). The location is extremely convenient and puts you right next to Parque Omar, which is an amazing place to stroll in the morning or evening (as early as 4am until at least 10pm) when things are cooler. It is a very safe area and usually only takes ~10 minutes by cab/Uber to get to notable neighborhoods like El Congrejo or tourist destinations like Casco Viejo (and fortunately there's a good Riba Smith close by). There are also many good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance (less than 15 min)!

Jacob’s place is as described. Same as pictures. The view is beautiful at night. I’m an LA girls therefore I felt like I was back home. The location was perfect for me and the days I came for. Local to where I needed to be and go. Jacob made sure to always respond in a timely manner.

We got 2 problems: 1) we have no hot water until we left the flat. (It was fixed 15 mins before we left) 2) my kid locked a door just shutting it and we lost half day to someone to sort this out. It could be worst..thanks God nothing happened beside we have our important stuff there. Host has been responsive, but also the flat is ultra noisy during the night and the flat was full of dust, stain, hair, the cleaning was the worst part of it. We checked in at 4pm, 1 hour after the time we should check in and we met the housekeeper in the hallway. So if we showed up 1 hour earlier we could receive the flat more dirtier. The coffee machine full of fungus, it’s impossible to drink a coffee. I wouldn’t recommend to use it. There’s a missing instructions/guides for panama. There’s a link there that doesn’t work anymore. There is a couple of bulbs they are burned out. The host has been very responsive and friendly but I wouldn’t recommend to the flat. Sorry for that.

El apartamento está bien decorado, pero necesita mantenimiento. Algunos objetos como la cafetera estaban defectuosos y el calentador no funcionaba. Me di una ducha fría todos los días. Otra necesidad es reponer las sábanas que ya aparecen gastadas, además de disponer de una manta o edredón en la casa. Aunque la casa está bien decorada, algunos muebles no son cómodos, como el sofá. Además, el anfitrión fue muy cordial y respondió rápidamente a todas mis solicitudes durante mi estancia.

Very nice place! Jacob is very responsive and helpful! You can walk and get to places quickly. It is in the city so a bit noisy but I also feel this is to be expected with the location. Would definitely stay again!
