Dominique was lovely, responsive, and proactive with cleaning request. Great central location. I gave it 3 starts for two reasons: First, there are two bathrooms- one has a bath and sink (no toilet), and the second has a toilet and shower. To me a bathroom has a toilet, and I didn’t expect this. The bigger issue was seasonal. We were there the third week of June and it was incredibly hot. There was very little circulation, and we had the windows open to survive. There were not screens, so we all got bug bites. There was one fan, and two bedrooms, so we gave it to the kids room. After some research I understand most European Air BnBs don’t have air conditioning, and I should have read that in the amenities list. It was just so hot, and with no screens or second fan it was really tough to even sleep.

A great apartment, ideally placed close to the Champs Elysees. A metro station 5 mins away, lots of great restaurants as well. Dominique was very responsive and met us on arrival. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It’s also a perfect apartment if you are doing the Paris Marathon - literally a 90 second walk to the start pens in the Champs Elysees! We had a great stay!

High marks all around. An added benefit is the building is very secure and quiet (need a code to get in and very respectful neighbors). Dominique is the perfect hostess. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were entirely comfortable. She was eager to help with anything that would make our stay (in her apartment and Paris) more enjoyable and gave us a terrific dinner recommendation. This apartment is in a perfect location: block and 1/2 from the Champs and multiple great restaurants on the same street - we enjoyed three great meals literally feet from our apartment. For the location alone, this is one of the best values in Paris close to the Champs. The only small issue is that the second bathroom has no toilet. This was not a problem for us as my wife and I were traveling with my brother and sister-in-law which we do a lot) but worth noting in the spirit of full disclosure.
