Las habitaciones se encuentran en una casa de 450 m2, áreas amplias y con mucha iluminación. Estamos ubicados a dos cuadras de la USFQ y de centros comerciales con servicios que harán que disfruten la estancia en casa

As an exchange student at USFQ, the location of the house was very good, only a 10 minute walk and the roommates were very friendly. You have a beautiful view, the area is safe and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Unfortunately, however, the landlady was very rude to me, I was not even allowed to invite a friend to my home, I was falsely accused of hosting parties, I was threatened with eviction and in order to extend the room the price was extremely increased. Several lamps and the door handle to the bathroom were broken and not repaired upon request, plus you have to be aware that you have to pay per pound for each wash. Due to these factors, I accordingly did not extend my rent and looked for a new room for the semester.
