Very Accomadating yung may ari at mabait ang staff ganun din ang kapitbahay. Yung nasa picture is what you see is what you get! feeling namin ay nasa sarili kaming bahay.

The Banilad Vacation house looked really nice and neat on the pics sadly Not really what we expected when we got there. Also really rough and bumpy road inside the village going to the place. If ur in the attic you can see the cemetery beside the house with a wall that separate it. So u won’t really see it unless ur in the attic. We had a problem/shortage with water supply. So make sure to have that extra pale of water when ur taking a shower. They did not allow us to park in the backyard with parking slots since it will be occupied with their cars however they provided the space in front of their house. Very close to the place though is the Banilad Town Center with a lot of shops and a grocery center. Its pretty easy to do grocery shopping. We booked for a month but had to check out on our 2nd week, Sadly there’s no refund for the remaining 2 weeks since per host the Airbnb blocked those dates already which I understand anyway, also u need to pay the electric bill during your stay on top of the daily rates ur paying.

We were fortunate to have booked Chona’s place for 3 weeks. Even before our trip, Chona was very accommodating and patient with all my queries. Their place is the perfect place to call “home away from home”. There was enough space for our family of five to not feel claustrophobic. She has a beautiful outdoor space, garden and a friendly dog named Covi that made us feel right at home. There is a sari-sari store across that sold water gallons which was very convenient. Aside from the bumpy road that leads to her place, which wasn’t so bad if you imagine it as a roller coaster ride, her place and the people around are warm and welcoming. For a family that has not traveled outside of Manila since March 2020, with qualms of being outside our comfort zone, Chona’s place was a cozy retreat and Chona and her family blessings.

Chona and her whole family are great. When we arrived the place was not furnished as in the pictures, but that wasn't a problem they just pulled things and I needed from their neighboring apartments. overall just very happy with my stay here, really appreciated their willingness to help if I wanted something, but totally respected that it was my space, didn't enter without permission or ever nag me about guests or anything else. Good boundaries. The only negative about this place is that it's down a really bumpy road. so it ends up being a bit of a hassle, like if you call a grab you will expect an extra 5 minute slow drive out each time because of the road quality. The house itself is quite nice, comfortable, a great living place.

Chona was very accommodating and helpful. The description and photos posted were accurate. Neighborhood was great, very safe and quiet. We had a great time staying at Chona's.
