We had a nice stay. The gym, sauna, and pool were all nice to have. We enjoyed playing pool in the lounge as well. It’s a very historic place so expect the hallways to be very cold, but the rooms have heat. The architecture is beautiful. We were a bit saddened to find that the restaurant was closed. Many different restaurants and services in the country close for the season, so it makes sense, but it might be worth updating the listing during the winter season so it’s completely accurate. We enjoyed the grounds tremendously. Beautiful views of the loch and walking trails provided such peaceful and connecting strolls. I’d recommend this place if you’re wanting to stay in or near Loch Ness.

This is the most unique Airbnb I’ve ever visited! What a breathtaking residence! The bedroom on the second floor with the vaulted ceiling and stained glass windows was so romantic and historic. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Andreas!
