Rob and alison greeted us like they had known us for years we were overwhelmed with their hospitality nothing was too much trouble and we some lovely chats we will book them again without any shadow of doubt when were next in the area thank you so much to you both your amazing people 💙

Rob and Alison's annexe was just as described: comfortable, private, a real home from home with wonderfully welcoming hosts. Everything had been thought of and provided, including a much appreciated welcome hamper. The weather was sadly awful during our 3 night stay from Boxind day, but we would love to return in the spring or summer. Just perfet:)

Very warm welcome from Rob, who made it clear he and Alison were ready to assist if we found anything amiss or had any questions about the place or the area etc. Lovely touches like the welcome pack and fresh flowers, and tissues in the bedroom (I had brought a whole box as I had a bad cold, but it's just the sort of thing you can find yourself forgetting to pack!). The layout was spacious yet cosy, and it was so nice to look out on to the garden - just a shame not to have the right weather to sit out on the little patio. The house is located down a private road in a very quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. The kitchen was very well equipped, which is always a relief! Bathroom lovely and warm, and nice hot shower. Bedroom has huge bed, and thoughtfully, two chairs were placed either side of the window so each of us could drape a dressing gown or whatever rather than on the floor. We found plenty to do, despite pretty sub-optimal weather

Second stay, perfect for me in every way. Private, clean, everything you could need and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Rob and Alison's Annex. Everything was as described and it felt like home from home. Rob and Alison were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Annex is in a very peaceful location and looked out onto their lovely garden. Not too far from the coast and we spent a few days at Littlehampton enjoying lovely meals at the East Beach Cafe and Harbour Lights Cafe. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.
