Maria meet us at the door and spent time with us to make sure we were familiar with the apartment. She was very helpful with a long list of restaurants and bars. We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s and would highly recommend. We will definitely be back to San Sebastián and will definitely stay at Maria’s

Maria is the best host ever. She met us at the room and took all the time we needed to answer questions. On her advice we altered our plans and we were so glad we did. The room was spotless and right next to the old town. Everything within walking distance. Thanks Maria!

This is a five-star review because you can't give six. Maria's place was outstandin: large, comfortable, and perfectly located. But the real star is Maria. She gave us extensive (extensive!!) bar and restaurant recommendations for the nearby neighborhood as well as other areas of town. Her choices were spot on -- we booked an expensive food tour (Devour) and they took us to several of the same pintxo places that were on Maria's list. And we went to others of her recommendations and were never disappointed. She also provided food, wine and coffee -- basically our breakfast for the first morning so we didn't have to go out shopping the night we arrived. Maria stayed in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. It was a perfect stay in San Sebastián, thanks to Maria.

Words do not describe how wonderful the apartment was and superlatives are not enough to describe how receptive Maria was. We communicated really effectively with her on our way into San Sebastián , and she was most kindly waiting with her husband at the apartment. While she took my wife up to see the apartment her husband helped me to drive the car to a private parkade, which was well worth the €20 we spent per day. Maria had so much great advice on restaurants and things to do in San Sebastian and she was incredibly responsive. The apartment was immaculate, cozy, and had a kitchen that was stocked with everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware and dishes. In addition, Maria had goodies in the fridge, such as drinks and a few snacks on the kitchen counter for us. The apartment was walking distance, to the old town and several taverna‘s restaurants, and of course, the beautiful Concha beach. Her apartment really deserves more than five stars, but that’s all we’re allowed to give.
