Best AirBnB ever. I’m a walker, and the location provides so many options for pleasant walks. Yet Friedrichstraße Bahnhof is within minutes, for easy access to more distant parts of the city. The flat is at the rear of the building overlooking a leafy courtyard, so it is isolated from noise of the city (which is considerable, if you’re not accustomed to it).

A terrific apartment - perfectly located in the middle of everything but still very quiet and peaceful, since it faces the courtyard. The place is even bigger than it looks in the pictures, with high ceilings and lots of space (our daughter made somersaults in the hallway). The bedrooms are located at different ends of the apartment, which is good for privacy if you're travelling with friends. The beds are big and comfortable - a bit on the hard side, but not too hard - and there's plenty of space to put your things. And the kitchen has everything you need to get started. And there are big, beautiful windows in every room... Our arrival was delayed by several hours, but Dagmar and Wilhelm (friends of Elfie and Paul) were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly stay here again.
A fantastic apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood, but just a few minutes walk from the S Bahn. We walked all over Berlin directly from the apartment, and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and airy, and has excellent facilities. It was easy to pick up groceries at the nearby supermarkets and bakeries, as well as finding great restaurants nearby. Communication with the hosts was clear and responsive. Would definitely visit again and stay here, if available. Highly recommended.
The apartment was larger than we expected, had much more in the way of dishes, pots, etc. than most AirBNBs, was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartment is on the second floor and, although there is no elevator, the stairs are wide, making it easy to carry up luggage. The apartment is bright, overlooking a courtyard. While there was street construction in front of the building, we did not hear it at all.
