Carol’s place was ideal to stay in. Location was great (not too far from either Farringdon or Kings Cross station); she was a great host (very responsive to messages and calls); and the place was very clean, a good sized bedroom and bathroom, and the view from the living room was stunning!

Carol’s flat is a gorgeous penthouse with great light and amazing views. The en-suite room is perfect for settling in, with its own beautiful view and a great desk if you need to work. Carol is an excellent host, making it easy and comfortable to share someone’s space. She’s down for a chat if you desire but will absolutely give you space if that’s your thing. The location is fantastic for walking to most of central London and has plenty of public transport options to get anywhere at all. Head up into Islington proper for a charming north London feel, or stay close by for street food at Exmouth Market. I’d strongly recommend Carol’s flat for a single woman visiting London- it’s a safe neighborhood and a secure building with everything you need for a relaxing oasis in the city.

Carol’s place is so very special—comfortable, gorgeous, well appointed. The views are spectacular. Everything just as described. And Carol herself is just a delight—I so enjoyed meeting her. Wonderful neighborhood, close to everything. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

This setting is just a dream location. What views! Very centrally located, in a very safe and private neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants nearby. And Carol was very helpful, provided great tips, and was a superb host!
