Very comfortable flat in a very old part of town. Close to so much to see and do. Be forewarned lots of steep stairs to and from the place but that’s just the lay of the land.

L’appartement de Susana permet d’avoir une vue sur tout le quartier très typique d’Alfama. Rien que ça c’est du pur bonheur : une vue incroyable. L’appartement avec sa grande hauteur sous plafond est très agréable à vivre et très lumineux. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui aime l’espace et la luminosité.

We spent a relaxing 5 nights in Susana’s apartment. Pros -Best view in Lisbon was from our lounge room! -Stunning neighbourhood and well located -Susana is a perfect host and was very well organised in her app communication as well as the local area info that she leaves in the apartment -Apartment was very very spacious -Shower water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was great (odd for an old town apartment. Win! We didn’t use the upstairs shower.) -Washing machine, good wi fi, big lounge suite and comfy bed -bedside lamps and books Cons -This is a very old apartment. Some leaks and imperfections are to be expected. - upstairs toilet had a very weak flush. Potentially, this can be resolved. But once again - the building is ancient 🤷🏻‍♀️ -stairs were a bit rickety and didn’t have full railing on both sides. Mezzanine wall was also low. And I’m only 5’3. Could be a real hazard for a tall person after a few wines This accom is eclectic rather than lux. Which suited us well.

A stunning apartment, in a stunning location, with stunning views. Could not fault Susana's apartment, big, light, airy in a great location. Alfama is a beautiful part of Lisbon.....but will definitely need the ability to walk up lots of steps, cobbled streets and hills. But what you get, are views out if this world......definitely recommend 👌
