Second-time hosting a non-profit corporation's retreat at Tuscan Villa. We enjoyed the property so much last year, we returned this past weekend. Terri was great to work with in setting-up the reservation and the property manager, Tim, met us for a smooth check-in. The Villa and cottage were clean and ready for our retreat. We will return to Tuscan Villa every year. Thanks, Terri, Arna & Tim for another wonderful stay!

Booked the Tuscan Villa for an overnight annual retreat for a non-profit organization. Very nice property consisting of one large main house plus two smaller houses. Venue was ideal for our group and the quiet location was conducive to our two productive days of goal-setting meetings. Most of our guests were from the L.A.-area, so we were happy to find such a suitable place only 30 minutes from West L.A. And, it's only a few minutes away from a good array of restaurants. The owners and the property manager were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this property as a retreat venue or for gatherings of family or friends. I intend to stay here again. The Tuscan Estate was so perfect for my women's gathering. Terri was super responsive and accommodating to my requests. The beds were very comfortable and the vibe and décor of the house was a great match to what we were using the house for. The beds were very comfortable and the grounds were so lovely. I also want to say that the site manage was very friendly and helpful and well. We will definitely be using this house again for a future gathering.

Arna and Terri's Tuscan Estate in Simi Valley was the perfect location for my visit. Terri was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process, allowing flexibility with check-in, and giving me all the necessary information in a timely manner. I received prompt responses and answers to any questions I had. The house itself was truly gorgeous. The gated driveway ran through well-kept, luscious grounds with pretty garden lighting stretched above. The home had many rooms, all very clean and organized, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was spacious and modern and had everything we needed. Not to mention the very cool stone plated indoor pool and hot tub, as well as the house's completely private and beautiful location. I highly recommend staying here, you certainly won't regret it.
